Providing personalised supports helps an individual to build capacity, confidence and independence to achieve personal goals and to participate meaningfully in community activities and events. We tailor the level of support to the individual’s needs and wishes, and our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
To effectively understand the support needed and to plan realistic and achievable short and long-term goals, we seek input from many sources such as case managers, doctors, specialist practitioners, family and most importantly, the individual and their community groups.
As a registered NDIS Service Provider, we can provide you with the following supports and services if you have an NDIS plan.
