We understand that it's not a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to choosing a place to call home. That is why at Skymac, we have a wide range of options for you to choose from, whether you want to be part of a large community, share a house with other people who have similar interests or to live independently on your own. We get it and we've got it!

Skymac is one of the largest Supported Accommodation Facilities in Queensland that is accredited as a Level 3 Facility by the Department of Communities under The Residential Services (Accreditation) Act 2002.
The three levels of certification relates to:
Level 1 - Accommodation (compulsory)
Level 2 - Food Service
Level 3 - Personal Care Service (optional extras)

Level 1

Rent of a room which is furnished with a bed, side table, window coverings, wardrobe/cupboard and fan

Access to on-site amenities

Communal area cleaning

Grounds maintenance

Electricity
-
Water (residents must comply with water restrictions as signed)

Wi-Fi

Sweep and mop of personal area once per week (if extra assistance is required then additional charges apply)

One set of clean linen per week.

Level 2
-
Food Service providing 3 homestyle meals per day plus morning and afternoon tea.

Level 3

Personal Care Service (regularly providing a resident with help in):

Bathing, toileting or another activity related to personal hygiene

Dressing or undressing

Consuming a meal
-
Assisting a mobility problem of the resident

Managing blood glucose levels

Assisting with medication, or
-
Help in managing the resident’s financial affairs.

Skymac is a registered NDIS Service Provider. This means we also provide a wide range of home and living support services to participants with a current NDIS plan.
