Moving into a new home can be equally exciting and scary at the same time. We understand that you need a supportive environment to do that while waiting for your permanent home to become ready. That is why at Alora Retreat, we have made your needs our main priority in order to ensure the transition to your new home is as smooth as possible.

 

Funding for MTA is available to you if you are an NDIS participant and if you are:

​

• Ready to leave hospital, rehabilitation or aged care but are waiting for disability-related home modifications to be completed on your house 

​​

• Eligible for SDA accommodation but are waiting on a vacancy or build to be completed.

​​

What is included?​

​

• The accommodation component only.

​​​

What is not included?​

​

• Everyday living costs (you are responsible for meeting your day-to-day costs including food, utilities, telephone or internet costs)

• Personal care supports.
