When it comes to Level 3 supported accommodation in Brisbane, there really is no other option that rivals Avalon Village. Not because we say so, but because everything we do is built around one simple principle, this is your home, and your wellbeing always comes first.

Avalon Village is not an institution or a basic care facility. It is a welcoming supported living community where residents are treated like family and supported to live with independence, dignity and choice. We believe independence should never mean isolation, which is why our village blends private living with vibrant shared spaces and an active community feel. Whether it is enjoying time in the gardens, catching up with neighbours over lunch, or joining in social activities and events, there is always something happening for those who want to be involved.

One thing that truly sets Avalon Village apart is our food. We are proud to say our dining experience is next level. While many providers offer simple meals, we serve restaurant quality dishes prepared fresh on site by qualified chefs. Our menus are designed with nutrition, variety and enjoyment in mind, rotating seasonally and catering to individual dietary needs wherever possible. For many residents, mealtimes are not just about eating, they are one of the highlights of the day.

Our facilities are another area where we continue to raise the bar. Avalon Village is always improving, renovating and investing back into the spaces our residents call home. From landscaped gardens and comfortable communal lounges to beauty services, laundry facilities and modern shared areas, every part of the village is designed for comfort, accessibility and connection. This is not static accommodation, it is a living, evolving home shaped around the people who live here.

We also understand that everyone’s needs are different. That is why we do not offer a one size fits all solution. Residents can choose from three accommodation packages, including options for those who require limited support with rent and accommodation included (Level 2), as well as higher levels of care for those who need additional personal support (Level 3).

For residents without an NDIS approved plan, additional services can still be accessed for a fee. These supports range from medication management to assistance with daily living tasks, all offered with flexibility and respect for personal choice. Everything is optional, placing control firmly in the hands of our residents.

Avalon Village is not suited to everyone, and we are honest about that. But for those who want independence alongside a village feel, friendly neighbours, shared communal spaces and opportunities to socialise, it is a place where people truly thrive.
